The hotel features rooms with Philadelphia focused art, but my stay was somewhat disrupted when I found out a sensor was being blocked by my personal items. Despite this, the care from the room attendants was commendable. The cost should be considered when booking.
The hotel was in a great location, nicely decorated rooms were clean, and the staff was super friendly. However, the room felt a bit muggy even with the air conditioning on, and the bathroom had peeling wallpaper. The service was generally friendly and helpful, but marred by poor front desk service which was extremely rude. The location was excellent with many dining and shopping options within walking distance. The dining experience offered nice options for breakfast but was just average for a 4-star hotel. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is in a prime location surrounded by great dining options and easy access to public transportation. The rooms are in serious need of updating but come at a reasonable price. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to accommodate requests, despite a negative impression at check-in. The dining options were varied, with some pleasant surprises and some disappointments. The facilities were well-equipped and provided a good fitness experience.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb, right in the heart of downtown with easy access to everything, and the room itself was spacious and spotless. However, the service fell short at times, with slow response times, though some staff members were friendly and helpful. Dining options were limited and not always satisfying, but the facilities were decent overall.
Upon arrival, the room was not ready, had an old musty smell like someone had smoked inside and tried to conceal it. The room cleanliness could have been better as there was a noticeable stain on the carpet. However, the service greatly improved during my stay; previously they were rather incompetent but became friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, being right around the corner from Rittenhouse Square in the heart of Center City, offering proximity to various attractions. The dining experience was mediocre, nothing special for the price paid, and the breakfast left much to be desired. As for the facilities, they were satisfactory, nothing extraordinary. Value for money is a consideration due to the room's initial condition and the dining quality.
The hotel rooms were very nice, clean, and delightfully cool during a heatwave, but the 'chillers' instead of refrigerators were a bit inconvenient. The service was friendly, helpful, and efficient, with a few hiccups like charging the wrong card. The location is fantastic, easy to reach many attractions without needing a car, and the facilities were up to standards. However, the dining experience fell short of expectations with cold dishes and lacking amenities in the room.
